REMEDIAL MASSAGE 60MINS, 75MINS (allow 10mins extra for consult & assessment). More than two areas to treat will require a 75 min treatment. Acute inflammation requires a 48hr period post injury to stabilize and prevent further injury.
The aim of a remedial massage treatment is to reduce physical pain and discomfort, increase range of movement and mobility and prevent injury. Susanne will carry out an assessment prior to your massage and will advise on a treatment plan along with expected results. A unique experience tailored to suit your needs. A combination of firm and varied massage strokes that give a complete and thorough massage, where your whole body feels more healed and revitalized. Tension will be addressed. A spoonful of honey makes the medicine go down a little easier, so each session is topped off with a heavenly scalp massage to release deep-seated tension.
This massage is ideal for clients recovering from sports injuries, injury prevention, those suffering from deep-seated muscle tension, and clients who are after specific remedial results & occupational/repetitive issues.

REMEDIAL FACIAL 60MINS
This treatment is a therapeutic massage designed to target chest, neck, face and scalp to help alleviate headaches, neck tension, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) syndrome.
